Network Marketing is Still the Elephant in the Room and Here’s Why
Episode description
I saw a post recently from a good friend and colleague that addressed an apparent elephant in the room, that elephant being that she is a network marketer.
And I love and support it. To proudly claim network marketing as your chosen profession is important and explaining to people what we actually do helps bridge the disconnect that still exists in the general perception.
However, that we still have to explain it, that the network marketing profession is still an elephant in the room points to reality that we need to face.
The business model itself isn’t the cause for this. Rather, it’s how we practice and operate our business.
Much of this can fixed with one simple transition — learning how to market online so that you can generate customer sales.
It’s simple. Network marketing doesn’t have to be an elephant in the room if we didn’t do things in a way that makes people want to avoid us. Learning marketing and generating sales without the need to talk to your friends and family is the shortest path to clearing our name.
