Send us a text

We always hear that we shouldn’t compare ourselves to others.  And of course it’s sound advice.

Often, that advice is given when talking about looking at our results compared to others.  Feelings of inadequacy and unworthiness can come from looking at the lives we THINK others are living compared to our own.

Much less obvious is  comparing others to ourselves — in other words, JUDGEMENT.

When we compare others to ourselves, we see not their true self but rather our judgements of them.

If we’re to build a more inclusive world, let’s continue then to break down the walls of judgement we may I knowingly harbor and communicate to one another.
