Our guest today is a survivor of childhood truma causing abandonment issues leading to emotional and phiscially abusive relationsships throughout her life. Now that she is a mother herself, she is choosing to take a different path in hopes of preventing generational abuse. But there is always a place in a survivors mind that they are failing the people they love the most, when somtimes that isnt the truth. It becomes a daily task to maintain heathly releationships after so many unhealthy habits from the past haunt you.
