Dr. Glorymar Rivera-Báez is an Industrial Organizational Psychologist with proven experience as a consultant in organizational development, talent management, leadership, and strategic planning. Her 14 years of professional experience have stood out for developing impact projects in the sector of non-profit organizations in the healthcare industry in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Latin America. 

She is a co-author of two books: (The Science and Art of Interviewing: Concepts, Strategies, Research, and Practical Applications); and (Contributions of Qualitative Research in the Field of Health in Puerto Rico).
