Merry Xmas yal! On this episode I talk about why I didn't celebrate Xmas growing up - listen to hear more about my experience. I also speak about my Xmas traditions now and how we all have options to choose what we want to do at this time of the year. If there's a Xmas tradition you grew up doing that you don't like, you have the option to change it. You don't have to do the same shxt you hate doing 'just because it's always been that way'.
