A gratitude bomb has gone off inside me this week. I’ve been basking in the bliss of living my dream life. 

My heart is bursting.

I’m madly in love with life right now.

If you want to tap into this incredible feeling, in this episode of The Pleasure Project Podcast, I share 7 gratitude practices to try to rap the many benefits of gratitude which include (but are not limited to): Stronger immune systems • Less bothered by aches and pains • Lower blood pressure • Exercise more and take better care of their health • Sleep longer and feel more refreshed upon waking • Higher levels of positive emotions • More alert, alive, and awake • More joy and pleasure • More optimism and happiness • More helpful, generous, and compassionate • More forgiving • More outgoing • Feel less lonely and isolated.
