This podcast is dedicated to my brother and his desire to be more physically active but has struggled in the past to find the motivation. In this episode, I walk through 4 steps to create the changes you want, without needing to depend on motivation. Motivation, like willpower is fleeting and unreliable. The only way to make lasting and permanent changes is to become a different version of yourself. You have to BE the kind of person who does that behavior - whether they feel like it or not. It has to be a non-negotiable part of your life. If you're struggling with a behavior - its because you've made it optional. These 4 steps are what I've used to become a morning person, eat a cleaner diet and reduce my sugar consumption and currently eliminate alcohol.
