Hey 'P.U.S.H' Project PodCast Family! :)
Please welcome Laura Day of Nashville, Tennessee, by way of Rochester, NY, USA to Episode 43, Season 2, of the PodCast.
In this conversation, Laura talks about her move to Nashville, and how relevant the move was for her in starting to realize, and dissect, some of the ways that she had let Societies view of people who live with Disabilities define her, and how her move to Nashville has empowered her to start to work towards being the person that she was always meant to be.
She talks about purposely pushing herself to move out of her comfort zone and that, when she did get outside of her comfort zone, how much more capable she was.
Laura talks about her passion for Entertainment, and the Church, and some of the ways that she's worked to create relationships, and conversation, in these spaces around Inclusivity, and Accessibility, as well as how our Relationships have the power to influence how we see, and approach, different issues in the world.
Laura, it is an absolute pleasure to know you, hear all of the personal growth you've done, and all of the incredible things that you continue to do to empower our community through Entertainment, the Church, and beyond.
You're incredible, and we can't wait to put a show together with you!!
