Alexandra talks about her ability to actually 'hear' people when they speak, she discusses the differences between 'Listening' & actually 'Hearing', as well as talks about her passion to be a part of a movement, and something bigger than her, that focusses on creating a positive change that breaks down systemic barriers in our communities, and the world.
