Hey all!
Welcome back to Season 3 of the PodCast.
This Season kicks off a year long, 10 Year Anniversary, and Celebration, of A Song, A City.
In this Conversation, Danny sits down with Maureen Sharon of South Nyanza, Kenya.
She talks about her Connection to our SB&H Community, through her son Merlin, as well as some of her Advocacy in her Community, and the world, through Child Help International, and her own Non For Profit.
Sharon dives into some of the incredible things that Merlin can do, and some of the things that she never thought that he might be able to do.
She talks about Re-writing the Narrative, and negative Stigma, around what it means to live with Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus, as well as shares some of the things that she's going to be doing over the course of September (Hydrocephalus Awareness Month) and some incredible advice that she has for young Mothers who learn about their child being born with Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus.
Sharon, you're the absolute best, and I look so forward to many more years of working & Collaborating together!!
:)
Thank you so, so much for all that you do!
Our SB&H Community, locally & globally, is lucky to have you.
❤️
