"The healing journey itself should not be traumatic."

On this episode of PTSD TV Brad and I talk about another big myth that blocks a lot of people from recovery... The belief you have to remember or relive trauma to heal.

I'll let you know right now that that's not the truth.

But if you feel this way, you're not alone.. This is a myth that personally stopped my recovery journey in its tracks more than a few times.

This myth stops a lot of people from seeking help for this PTSD because that either don't even know where they'll start on their healing journey or are too afraid that they'll have to go through everything all over again to make any progress...

In this episode Brad and I bust this harmful myth so you can move forward with your recovery even if you don't remember what hurt you.

Hope you enjoy the episode! Kayleen
