Welcome to 2025! We're back in the game and this time I explore the concept of world building, in the context of personal narratives and self-fulfilling prophecies.

Using my own experience, I share my experiences with relationships, anxiety, and the narratives I create in my head that often lead to misunderstandings, isolation, and assumptions. While working through this complex system I created, emphasis is placed on the importance of deconstructing these narratives to build a healthier, more positive worldview, while encouraging us to collectively embark on the journeys of self-discovery and healing.
