Season 3, Episode 4 - Intersectional Healing with Ca'ren Hudson
Episode description
In this week’s episode, we meet with Ca’ren Hudson, founder of Flowering Health and Wellness to discuss intersectional healing and embracing multiple healing modalities. We explore the concept of honoring the seasons of life, letting go of attachments, the importance of humanizing therapy, and finding the right therapist, as well as the impact of epigenetic trauma and the need for healing that specifically addresses the experiences of Black feminine spectrum persons.
