I couldn't let Endometriosis Awareness month close out without finally sharing my story. With the passing of Jessica Pettway and now Halle Berry sharing her story of being misdiagnosed with Herpes, instead of perimenopause, it was about time I add my journey to the mix to further the conversation and awareness with how this disease affects Black persons with uteruses.
