I'm continuing my exploration of devotion as a praxis, and working through how it can be an alternative to discipline. This one is definitely for my ND babes who have challenges adopting and maintaining discipline. In this episode, I define what I believe devotion and discipline are and dive into how they intersect and differ. Amid the rigidness of discipline, I offer a shift towards a more pleasurable and sacred practice through the art of devotion.
