Episode 27: Client Spotlight: Philippa's Story

Philippa and I were introduced in December 2020.  She wasn't happy but was very clear on not being ready to do anything about it.  She joined my free Facebook group Confidence with Chrissie and I didn't hear from her again until February 2021.

We have been working together since then and I just this week had my last session with Philippa.  To say she has been on a journey is an understatement.  Initially, we just looked at her food but once she got into a routine with that it was time to dig a little deeper.

In this episode, where Philippa and I took Henry the Cocker Spaniel out for a walk, Philippa talks about how she felt before she got in contact with me, what her results have been and how she feels about the work we did together.

I'm going to miss Philippa so much but I know she is ready to take the next step without me!
