The average height of a woman in the UK is 5ft 3 inches which puts me in the small woman category.

Smaller women can find it much harder to lose weight because they need fewer calories and we live in an obesogenic environment that is not designed for smaller women.

So I have put together this podcast with some tips for you if you are a smaller woman trying to lose weight.

If you are taller than 5ft 3 this will still help you btw!
