As at September 2020, the FTSE 100 is still 21% lower than its pre-COVID-19 peak, and that is after a 20% increase since its mid-COVID-19 low. The S&P 500 has already risen back to it's pre-COVID-19 peak. Is the FTSE discounted and prime for a bargain buy? Is the FTSE 100 due to regain to its previous peak just like the S&P 500?
