Two out five workers in the US are experiencing burnout. This is along with chronic stress one of the biggest problems I see my coaching clients face today. Getting a handle on stress and the chronic form of stress, burnout, is important for living a healthy and fulfilled life. Oftentimes when we are stuck in burnout, we feel hopeless and unable to do anything to craw out from under it. In this episode, I talk about the difference between stress and burnout and give you actionable ways to help develop better resilience to stress.
