Coaching versus consulting - What is the difference?

In this episode I help to clarify the role of a coach versus a consultant.....There are a lot of people out there calling themselves "coaches" because it seems trendy and marketable. But are they really providing coaching? And what is the difference? Experts out there claiming to be coaches and saying only qualified experts CAN be coaches is wrong, in my opinion....In fact they probably do not know what coaching REALLY is. So, let's discuss.
