The FIRST thing everyone needs to do before healing their past

We heal to grow, to improve our lives.

Healing could be, working through our beliefs, fears, patterns, past experiences.

Doing this is knocking down those hurdles so that we can have healthier relationships, improve our health, feel less stressed and anxious, and achieve the goals we set out for ourselves.

But there is an order to healing that is SO important.

In this episode, I talk about the important first step on anyone's healing journey so that they are moving forward in healing, and not taking a step back.

• What you need to know about childhood and chronic stress and the impact on our nervous systems and ability to cope
• Certain modalities and 'quick fixes' in the wellness industry than can retraumatise people and set their healing way way back.
• The importance of recognising our capacity in life to handle stressors and why we need to increase that capacity and our sense of safety in order to heal the past.
