What on earth is a limiting belief?
Have you heard this term before? I use it a lot because we all have limiting beliefs.
They are beliefs we have learned since childhood or over time that really work against us.
It isn't our fault we have them, but we can work to identify what they are as a first step (awareness) and then work to shift them (change).
Your limiting beliefs can be about relationships, money, recognition, career, success... anything really.
In this episode, I share some of my limiting beliefs, how I identify them and how I work through them. You can use this same method to identify and work through your own limiting beliefs.
Why would you want to?
Well despite it being confronting or difficult at times to face these things, your life is actually going to expand and become easier once you do.
