- Lauren offered a wide range of services as opposed to going with her gut and niching-down her service offerings.
- Lauren worked way too much and allowed herself to burn out (on more than one occasion).
- Lauren lacked solid boundaries with Clients and solid boundaries with her Team. Poor boundaries pave the road to Burnout City.
- Lauren resisted delegating tasks and responsibilities to her Team for far too long. She had to learn not to be a Control Freak.
