You are so much more than your job search.   Today's episode of The Overnight Trainer Podcast was completely unplanned. In fact, I had a whole topic around how to use Design Thinking in L&D and the job search process.    But…   Sometimes things don't go as planned. Last week I wrote a post on LinkedIn about desperation, and I received so many DMs and emails about how you are feeling desperation, overwhelm, sadness, etc. starting to kick in when it comes to your job search.   So today, I planned on talking about Design Thinking…and ended up talking about how to find, and come back to yourself during the process of a career transition.    Next week we'll get back to regularly scheduled programming.
