Emily is an actor who trained at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and is currently part of ‘Notflix’, The UK's original all-female long-form musical improvisation team.
In this episode we discuss work-life balance in the industry, female body image and the negative side of theatre reviews on actor’s mental health.
We also discuss her lived experience of imposter syndrome, self-harm which comes in the form of skin-picking, suicide and the importance of stopping caring what other people think about you.
