In the eighty-second episode of The Just Checking In Podcast, we checked in with Spike Potter-Clark. Spike is an old friend of our Founder Freddie Cocker. The pair have known each other for over 15 years and met whilst playing for Wanstead Cricket Club. Spike's dad Bryan also played and coached them both during their time there. This is the first time Spike has opened up about his mental health and his lived experience of social anxiety and depression.
