Tunde is the Founder and CEO of Forest Colard, a brand and influencer marketing agency that strives to help their clients connect with their target audience using real, authentic content, tailored to their unique needs whilst staying ahead of the curve. In this episode we discuss Tunde’s business journey, how he came up with the idea of Forest Colard and turning his dream into a reality. We also discuss the transactional nature of a lot of relationships in the industry he works in, getting on 2023’s ‘Forbes 30 Under 30’ list and his desire to seek validation throughout his life and how he manages it on a day-to-day basis. For Tunde’s mental health, we talk about bullying that he went through in his childhood for his race and being intellectual at school, the impact that had on his mental health and the importance of two mentors who have helped him with Forest Colard and his personal life too.
