In just a few days, we kick off a new year. All around the globe folks are making plans to change their lives for the better in 2020. Unfortunately, the vast majority of these New Year's Resolutions will fall by the wayside long before the calendar flips to February. Some of those failures will simply be caused by a lack of willpower, but the majority will result from poor planning, overextension, and the inability to down back from temporary setbacks.
