Good afternoon and welcome to the Jason Rancho. We're here on AM 770 KTTH. We're streaming on the KTTH smartphone app. A Tacoma judge got involved in a federal policy. Judge saying, eh, I don't like it. So now it's paused. We're going to get into that. But first, apparently Democrats want to release all criminal illegal immigrants. And that's what's trending. What's trending. Woke Madness. Some activists with the Washington State Labor Council, the union members.
And other community activists, they got together yesterday. Hundreds got together yesterday in front of the facility in Tacoma that handles... Illegal immigrants, the ICE Detention Center. And they were there with the kinds of signs that you normally would read at these events. Fascism this, fascism that, no person is illegal, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
And of course, they also chanted the way that they normally would chant. Here's, for example, some activists who tell you just quite frankly where they stand. free them all they do not believe in borders these people do not believe in punishment for crimes These people do not care if someone is in the ICE detention center in this country illegally who then committed some sort of very violent, dangerous crime. They do not care. Free them all.
That is their position. Free them all. Now, knowing that, that should take the way we view what it is they're asking for and the positions that they are in or taking. Because they are specifically talking about a pair of people who they are called. to protest in favor of who happened to be there. But again, they want to free everybody. Specifically, they were calling attention to the issue of Llewellyn Dixon, who is the UW lab technician.
Who, according to police, according to police, was tied to a bank embezzlement case. And she now finds herself in ICE detention. But also, Alfredo Juarez Zafferino, who is nicknamed Lalo or Lilo, he was taken into custody on Tuesday and is now being held there. He is called a farm worker activist, but obviously he's suspected of being in this country illegally.
What caught their attention to get him placed in ICE custody? I don't know. But the protesters there, they seem to be a big fan of his. In fact, one protester said that Alfredo... reminds him of his own father. He was also a farm worker and just seeing this, it just brought me back to what he would always talk about and just like always... Staying up for your people. And it's always good to do it into my adulthood. You're carrying on his legacy. Yeah, yeah. Now, again, I don't know why he was...
Picked up in particular, I've asked ICE and they did not give a comment on this particular incident. But traditionally, what we have seen is that someone who has committed a crime, in addition to being here illegally.
have been arrested, detained, and then ultimately set up for deportation. I don't know what the case is with him. I will say, because I want to be consistent on this, if they went after him, Because he is an activist in this country illegally, I don't know if I would be all that eager to support that in the context.
of believing you should be going after the people here illegally committing crimes. Those are the ones who should be out first. When you're done getting the majority of them, then we can have a larger conversation about what happens next. Because I'm not on board just willy-nilly taking someone who's here illegally in every single circumstance. I do have compassion for folks who are here illegally.
especially the ones like DACA recipients, for example, who are here through no fault of their own, no decision of their own. They were brought here as children. And I think we should at least show compassion to them. But if you are... All in with our culture, our language. You are contributing to your community, to the economy. You have kept your, you know, your.
good conscious in the front of your mind this entire time and said, you know what, I'm already here illegally. I'm not going to commit any crime while here. If you're in that category, I think there should be a pathway to citizenship. Doesn't mean it's automatic, doesn't mean it's going to be easy, and doesn't mean it's going to be free. Because these folks have been getting away with not paying the same level of taxes that others have. However, I have some compassion for these folks.
I cannot pretend otherwise. I understand why some of you have compassion yet still say they should be deported. I get that too. However... I think all of us, regardless of how we feel on that particular issue, agree that you go after the people who are here and dangerous or are committing crimes. That's who we should be going after first. And that's how this was sold. to the American people. And I think they should be doing that.
Now, I don't believe that they should just be going after violent criminals. I think they should be going after criminals, period. I know that the Seattle Times and the folks over at King 5 don't believe that. They're upset that Llewellyn Dixon is being caught up in all of this.
Even though they acknowledge that she committed some sort of embezzlement connected to a bank back in, I think it was 2004, was so long ago. I don't care how long ago it was. That is a crime and there are victims to that crime. And I'm sure you really like her. Folks who showed up yesterday like this person. There are people that support her and do not agree with her being taken like this. She's there every day working extra hours to take care of the patients and provide.
can provide the care that they deserve and so without her we're really feeling that loss i am sympathetic to that position i however am less sympathetic to someone who broke the law And I'm certainly less sympathetic to someone who broke the law who gets protected by media organizations pretending that it's not that big of a deal. Well, it's nonviolent. I don't care. I do not care.
And I certainly have zero sympathy and zero interest in amplifying uncritically the way King 5 does these activists who, yet again, remember... Free them all! Free them all. No. Hard pass on freeing them all. I'm not okay with that. Let's find out what else is trending. What's trending? Legal. A federal judge in Tacoma...
ended up blocking enforcement of the ban on transgender people from serving in the military. This is the second nationwide injunction against the policy in just a couple weeks or so. And it is yet again an example as to why something needs to be done. Some reforms need to be passed legislatively to stop.
judges from being able to do this. A district judge should not be able to do this, regardless of whether or not I agree with the position that the judge took. In this case, it's Judge Benjamin Settle. It does not matter to me whether or not I agree or disagree. What matters to me is that we should not be allowed to essentially judge shop in different districts all around the country to finally find one who will say yes.
To a nationwide pause, an injunction against a federal policy. Because you could just as easily get another judge who says they're not going to get involved in that same district. So how exactly is this fair or consistent or the way we want things to run? And again, I don't know anything about this judge. In fact, the only thing I know is that it's a judge who was formerly an army judge advocate. OK, so I'm assuming this is a legitimate.
Person who doesn't take politics into account. But I don't know. It does not matter to me. It does not matter to me. These are decisions that should not be made at a district court level. Not when we're talking about federal policy. Now, this judge did say the government's arguments are not persuasive, and it's not an especially close question on this record. Now, this mirrors the decision.
Maybe not necessarily the argument, but the decision from Judge Anna Reyes in D.C., who also blocked the policy. That one happened last week, but then put her own ruling temporarily on hold pending the government's appeal. The U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in D.C. told everyone that it was going to consider putting the ruling into effect if, quote, any action occurs that negatively impacts transgender service members. So in other words, if you were to move forward with the ban, we're going to.
stop you from doing it anyway at the end of the day this is of course all going to go to the Supreme Court We didn't have a court that said trans members of the military have to serve. It was a policy change. And if you can change a policy to allow, I don't understand why you wouldn't be able to change a policy to go back to the way things were.
Again, this is not even me taking a position on the actual policy, although I understand and do in this case support it. But that's not really what this is about. It's the process. And I think regardless of one's political position, you can understand the problem with this process. If you were someone who were a liberal who had a policy from Joe Biden.
paused by a district court judge and you had Republicans using lawfare going in and court shopping, essentially, until they get the right judge, you would also be upset and you should be upset. You should be upset. And I'm not suggesting that Republicans haven't done this or benefited from this in the past. I certainly can't remember a time in which any Republican or frankly, either including either Democrats getting involved to this degree.
In stopping every aspect of the executive. Every single aspect they're getting involved in. Does the executive branch have no power? Why do we have a president then? The president can't do anything? Because some lower level judge says so? Or are you going to argue in a very disingenuous way on the far left that, well, we've never had a president who did so many illegal things? Because you know that that's what they're arguing.
That every single thing that's coming from the Trump administration is somehow unconstitutional and every judge is acting in the best interest of the law and our democracy. But do you actually believe that? I don't. Believe that everything that any president does is constitutional, not everything. I think sometimes you have presidents who try to see how far they can push their executive authority.
The problem, of course, is that Democrats have a tendency to get away with it and then Republicans don't. And they're either both acting unconstitutionally or they're acting constitutionally. We cannot have two different set of standards. based upon the judge that you get. And not every judge, of course, is going to be hyper-political. And one judge on a district level might be making the right case.
Or making the right argument, decision. But when all of them are coming to the same conclusion, it sends the message that this is not truly a nonpartisan court system. So maybe the left was right when they told us about the criminal justice system needing to be dismantled. They're the ones who said it. We didn't. But maybe they had a point when it comes to this kind of clear lawfare across the board.
Not just this issue. We've never seen a president have this many injunctions against one. It's absurd. Let's find out what else is trending. What's trending in Seattle? Well, all of a sudden there are some Seattle Democrats who are very, very upset that the state legislature is overstepping in their view in order to dictate to them how to lead their own communities.
Now, I would normally be very sympathetic to that. However, in this case, it's coming out of Seattle. And you have at least one Seattle council member who, in fairness, happens to be generally reasonable. But she is saying she is upset. that progressives in the state legislature on the topic of housing are basically forcing the city's hand in certain regards. There was a piece in the Seattle Times today that said, as an old-fashioned Democrat, Seattle Councilmember Kathy Moore, quote,
To her, that means government should take the lead on funding affordable homes for its residents. She's been the member of the council's most vocally questioning Mayor Bruce Harrell's proposed comprehensive plan, which would bring the city in line with state housing mandates. and a little more density in some areas. Maura Time struggles to understand the push from some of her fellow Democrats in the Washington legislature toward empowering private developers as the path toward cheaper housing.
by way of zoning reforms, changes to parking rules, and added state oversight. She said, quote, suddenly now Democrats are big fans of developers. That was really never the case. And I remain puzzled by that. She doesn't understand why. There is legislation at the state level that is forcing them to accept certain kinds of zoning requirements. She, for example, it sounds like, according to this article, was upset with the law from, I think it was a year and a half ago.
Two years ago that basically said you have to allow four plexes and six plexes throughout the city. And I'm against that as well. I don't think you should force any city into doing that. That was a bipartisan bill. And as I recall, I think Andrew Barkas, the Republican, was on board with that one. It might have been a somewhat different one, but basically the same thing. And I actually agree. with Kathy Moore. I just find it ironic and a little bit humorous.
that you've got the people who have been in charge for so long, at least the party that's been in charge for so long, now finally recognizing that treating these issues as if it's a one-size-fits-all approach for every city doesn't actually work. While for years we've been forced, all of us, regardless of where it is you live, you can be right now in Shelton or Sultan, the gem of Snohomish County, maybe Milton, the gem of Pierce County. And you're subject.
To the same kinds of policies that Seattle subjects itself to. Because the Seattle mentality has taken over in Olympia. You've got representatives from all over Washington state that simply do the bidding of Seattle because that's what they agree with. Politically speaking, the liberal, progressive, uber leftist socialist Seattle. And you're now stuck with that.
So for a Democrat to now come out and she's not the only Democrat who has taken positions like this, but she's the one right now who's high profile at the Seattle City Council who's coming out and saying, hey, the one size fits all approach doesn't actually work. Now, I might disagree with.
some points that she makes, but overall she's obviously right. That is the problem with the Democratic Party. And unfortunately, there are too few people like Kathy Moore who are willing to step up and say something. If it's just her, it doesn't mean anything. But we've seen in the city of Burien, for example, Kevin Schilling, the mayor, who's a Democrat. He is speaking up.
When it comes to homelessness policy, pretending again that a one-size-fits-all approach can actually work. It doesn't. It doesn't. And he's saying something. But until you get a wide variety of voices. Stepping up and saying exactly the same thing and then getting amplified by media and then generally getting some support from the public who happen to be overwhelmingly Democrat. Nothing's going to change. And you're still going to get the laws passed.
that say, oh, you know what? You don't have to have any parking in your new developments, which of course developers will then take advantage of because the parking costs them money. So they'll go ahead and build their project for less money than they otherwise would. But it then creates an absolute nightmare. Because you're essentially forcing people into those apartments. If, let's say, it's happening in Seattle and you're saying you don't have to have any parking.
Or very few parking spots. Well, that means the person who's most likely going to take on that particular apartment complex, who will rent there, is someone who works nearby because they don't have a place to park. And what does that mean? Well, it means a landlord is going to or developer is going to be able to charge a higher rate because the jobs in the Seattle area tend to be pretty well paid.
And so you're now essentially pushing people out who maybe are a little bit lower income because of a policy decision. We've seen this happen. People say, oh, you know, people should be able to afford to live where they work while also making it so that their policies are jacking up the prices.
When it comes to these apartment complexes, smarter people like Kathy Moore. Again, she's not alone, but she's saying something about it. And I'm glad I also find it humorous because where were you guys for the last several years in which. Everybody had to deal with the police reforms coming from Seattle, had to deal with the homelessness and drug reforms, quote unquote, coming from Seattle. Where were you guys? Yeah, exactly. Let's find out what else is trending. What's trending?
Dumb dumb alert. I did not realize this, but perhaps we should all be thanking Congressman Eric Swalwell, because between hooking up with Chinese spies, it sounds like he's. also saving democracy. I mean, we already know about swiping right on... Chinese, a Chinese spy. And we assumed that there was going to be another one happening at some point. But I guess he's been too busy saving democracy. Listen to what he said on CNN. Inspectors general were completely.
fired by donald trump so these are his people who will investigate So it's going to really be on Democrats in Congress to hold them accountable as much as possible. People like Democracy Forward and Mark Elias in the courts who are pressing, you know, to get as much information about this. Hold on tight. Keep democracy alive until the mid.
midterms win in the midterms and cut our hell in half that that's the plan for the next year and a half yeah his plan as he says is to keep democracy in place just until the midterms and then we can win and then guarantee that we'll have control in saving democracy. I did not know that Eric... Jackson, why didn't you tell me? You didn't tell me that he was saving democracy. I look at Eric Swalwell so much differently now. I mean, this truly is...
And this is on my part. This is my bad. This guy truly is a hero. And shame on all of us for not accepting it. Shame on us all. 1-800-465-8770 for your texts. 1-800-465-8770. Send me your texts, especially if you want to help, you know, put praise upon our friend Eric Swalwell. When we come back, Chris Sullivan's going to stop by from our sister station, Car News Radio. It dawned on me as we get a new project that has a more direct route to SeaTac Airport 509.
We're getting double taxed on these projects. I'll explain. Chris will respond when we come back right here on KTTH. The Jason Rant Show. Jason, I got it. Thank you very much indeed for bringing these stories to our attention. When you tell people they're a target, they'll act like a target. They will either live in fear or they'll act out. The more you allow, the farther the criminals will go. And that's why this behavior is...
allowed to continue. That's exactly right. Long form. Welcome back to the Jason Ranch Show. Drivers are finally going to get a direct route to SeaTac Airport from I-5, except, of course, naturally... you're going to be told for it, which is absolutely absurd. I'm in a bad mood now, which means we're talking traffic with Chris Sullivan from our sister station, Car News Radio.
Why do you always invite me on the show when you're in a bad mood? Do you just do it to just step on me? Is that what you do? To be clear. Your stories put me in a bad mood. It has nothing to do with my... I understand that. Today's a haircut day, and so I was feeling great. You do look good. Thank you. Well, I always look good. But I now see your 509 story, which just... is so absurd well you know
Let's start by saying it's told, and we'll get into the facility in a minute, but it's being told because it does have to recoup $180 million of construction costs with the tolls. So it's not like they're just putting in tolls to put in tolls. That is such a non... it back sense answer it's called our gas tax and our taxes that work what do you mean we have to be recouped you've been given the money
From the taxpayer. Right. But the way they wrote the contract, just like they did for the contract on 99, the new tunnel, is that... Part of the recouping of tax money or recouping of the construction costs will be related to tolls, so that way we can spread whatever money we do have. So we're being double taxed. Well, it could feel that way. It is that way. Take me through why it's not us being double taxed.
tax. They created a new project for direct access to, and when is it going to be open to SeaTac? It's going to be open sometime in October. Now here's what, there's several sections of it. The first mile of the expressway opens in October.
And it's Burien. And then it kind of gets to Burien. And, I mean, while it has kind of a direct access, too, there isn't going to be a direct access from 509 to the airport. You're still going to have to get off. But what it does is connect 509 on the east side there or the west side of the airport.
the airport all the way down to I-5. It basically finishes that. Okay, so we build this new corridor. It costs X amount. I don't have to figure it in my head. And where did the money come from? The money came from probably the 2015 move ahead. Plus, for taxpayers, certainly gas tax goes into this, as well as other things into our transportation budget. But now they are using tolls, again, as a funding mechanism to allow them to maybe get a little bit from.
tolls and then they can spread more of the overall money that we have to other projects i mean that's how they built 520 or are building 520 now argue why it's not a double tax well because you're paying for my gas tax money is going to that project right
Going to that project. The toll is now going to that project. Going to the same project. So that it is paid for so they didn't, in fact, use our original dollars for that program. It now gets to use somewhere else. They may have used some of your dollars, but now they are charging a user fee.
Is that a nice way to say double tax? Okay. Did I tap dance? See, I'm not a politician. I looked at you and realized, yeah, you're kind of right. But anyway, yeah, so they're going to toll this road, and then they're going to toll the new 167 corridor.
We've known that for a while. We've known that for a while. And what you may not have realized, I'm not sure how often you get to Tacoma, but they've been building a whole new interchange for what will eventually become 167 and I-5 that will go all the way over to Puyallup.
building on the port of tacoma side on the west side of the of i-5 there there's going to be a section of 167 that goes from the new air bridge there down into the port of tacoma that is also going to be told a dollar each way coming in and out of the port And then we'll also have the $1.20 to $2.40 going all the way over to Puyallup once that's done in another five years or so. So they're tolling everything while also saying we're going to do pay by the mile while also keeping the gas tax.
Adding six to nine cents to the gas tax and then tying that to inflation going forward over the years in perpetuity. And I do believe at some point, Marco Leas has suggested we all go into.
the transportation center and they hold us up by our ankles and shake the money out of our pockets. I'm not sure if that's out of committee. They did say, the Democrats, in a King 5 story we played yesterday, that we enjoy... getting taxed we get we get joy from getting taxed because of everything that it funds well i that's so not true uh if that were the case nonsense we wouldn't be a billion dollars a year underfunding transportation.
Just maintenance and preservation Plus underfunding a billion dollars In terms of the new stuff We wouldn't be spending our money on bike lanes And things that no one needs Or uses And you know fulfilling doing what we need to help remember we are underfunded while also paying Two times for the same project. And also while seeing revenues being really, really great. But I know you've talked about that over a year. Well, revenues are down in a traditional sense, but the spending is down.
Because the spending is through the roof is really how you should look at it. Yeah, and maybe because you just chose not to save any money when you got...
a whole bunch of funds over the last five or six years. No, but now let's tax more for fishing and hunting licenses. Oh, I saw that too, yeah. Let's tax more to get a discovery pass. Let's tax more for guns and ammo. Let's tax... more for property just everything is through they're taxing nicotine patches what in the world is wrong with these people as i told my son you know as he's now an adult is like when you're budgeting and you budget you go
You can't afford to buy a new television or a new car if you can't pay the rent. But that's just not how it's done. in olympia uh and yeah i mean they spend spend but it's really easy to spend other people's money yeah it's really easy because it's not yours it's not yours and you can always say to yourself well we have total control so we'll go ahead and just raise taxes even more but i want you to think about what is the purpose of a cigarette tax.
The sin taxes. What's the reason why they put a high tax on it? It's to disincentivize the use. The use of that. And then they would say also you use some of that money then to maybe fund programs to help people deal with getting off of cigarettes. 100%. That's how it should work. Why does one... use nicotine patches.
To kind of wean yourself away from smoking. So we're going to tax that and make it more expensive, which then wouldn't that also be a disincentive to quit smoking? Yes. So in other words, you're saying, oh, let's see if I could find another example that's right on the nose. Oh, I have an idea. as part of the gas tax increase we're going to tax the people who are buying the evs and hybrids even more
So what's the incentive to buy a new EV, which is supposed to be for the clean energy and stuff? But at least in the context of a tax on automobiles. Taxing EVs makes more sense to me. when you're not filling up with gas like that at least i understand yeah so that part i i totally understand but it's not like they're doing that and then lessening the tax
burden on drivers of traditional vehicles. They're just double taxing again. Pretty much, yeah. That's why the two new words in Olympia really are user fee when it comes to a road usage charge, when it comes to tolls. when it comes to all of this. And before we get too far afield, which I know has already happened, but I'm trying to make you smile today. I smile at the incompetence of the left. Yeah, I knew that would happen. As part of this, a lot of people in your audience have probably...
notice if they come up and down 167 lately that the cameras are going in uh because the whole in addition to the 509 uh situation that started our conversation and that new expressway it's going to be told is you know over the late through late this year
next year they're updating that whole for you know Bellevue down to Renton and then Renton down to Puyallup that project we've talked about for what a decade yeah pretty much well it's you know it's hard to widen a freeway in a very constrained area but yeah the cameras are going
up now, and the days of cheating in that HOV lane or that hot lane with just a sticker pass are over. Everyone who uses 167 and 405 are going to need that flex pass going forward, whether you've resisted or not. Yeah, so the cameras are going up.
People are starting to notice it. People are starting to notice the toll signs going up by the new 509 Expressway on I-5 by the Kent Des Moines Road. Yeah, so if you haven't figured it out by now, we've been talking about it for 10 years, but it's never really in front of people until it's right in front of them. And it's coming.
Well, in fairness, whenever we talk about a project, everyone should at least assume it's going to be at least 10 years past when it's supposed to be done for it to get done. So it's easy to forget. I mean, when are we supposed to get light rail from Seattle to Bellevue? Oh, see, that was supposed to be up and running at the end of 23. Yeah, and today's March 28th, 2025. And they still have yet to run test trains over. They've run some weight trains, but not moving. When's the new deadline?
It's supposed to be by the end of this year. That's what they say, by the end of this year. It's only March. Well, as long as it happens. We've talked about that enough. By the way, how about this? A little positive news for next weekend. It's going to be a giant pain in the butt for drivers. But we've got a project that's running a little ahead of schedule. How about that? Lies.
It's the new Stelecum-Dupont interchange right there at the south end of JBLM as they're widening I-5 in there. They're ahead of schedule. Is that really ahead of schedule or did they change the schedule? No, they didn't pull a sound transit. They didn't pull a sound transit. No, this is the wash dot.
I just got off the phone with the people there talking that project. That's going to be a big choke point next week because it's going to cause some big traffic problems. But they're actually ahead of schedule thanks to the hard work from their contractor, Atkinson Construction. Yeah, you just ruined it. You just put bad vibes out there.
Next week we'll get the tornado and hail the size of softballs, and it's going to push this project back. Look what you just did, Chris. Anything I could do to just put my car under blankets like I did like an idiot this week to avoid those hails. Very quickly, because we talked a little bit about this yesterday. I understand why people would be upset that they felt like something was going to happen when it was uncertain. I will defend the National Weather Service a little bit here.
They were always up front. We were up front with Cliff Mass on the show saying, yeah, if you're closer to the foothills, you'll probably get a lot more than everywhere else. But if you're mad that Seattle Public Schools, for example, some of the schools closed down. They chose to do that. No one was saying Seattle was going to get hit hard. No one was saying that.
We said you might see a lot of rain, sure, but that's not entire. And we did get a lot of rain. I'm not going to lie. But no one said there was going to be a tornado past a 2% chance. in remote parts of washington right and hail was never supposed to hit seattle no i mean i had some i had you where you live it was it was potential i was but i was still kind of up on the north end we were a little east of i-5 and we were kind of in kind of the very northern northern part of the zone and
Yeah, I did go put blankets and cardboard and stuff like that on my car. I guess I'm glad I did because if it had happened, but I still feel pretty foolish. They said that there would be an up to 29% chance. Right. Oh, yeah. Now, that still means 70% that it's not going to happen. So, you know, I...
I reject the people who go overboard and saying, oh, they're just hyping stuff. They didn't hype it that much. No, no. They said it was a severe thunderstorm watch. And it was unusual for our area to get these two kind of air masses together.
A thunderstorm. Oh, yeah. Yeah, but I still feel kind of foolish, but I bet you I would feel a lot more foolish if I had a broken windshield. Exactly. And it took me an extra 10 minutes, but I did kind of. It took you that long? Well, you saw that. I posted the video on my ex, and we made fun of him. a lot of on the air on yeah because i feel dumb but oh well that's a normal feeling for you that's that's dumb dumb but your hair looks really good thank you very much uh you check out his work

The Jason Rancho. Jason, it is always great to have you on the program. Where are they going to move the homeless to? People who impose these policies that lead to these outcomes, you are partly to blame, but the good news is you can fix this. Jason, this is kind of the last trend you want to be right about. but it was obvious, it seemed. The quick hit. Now, we've been telling you that it is seemingly inevitable, seemingly inevitable that someone who owns a Tesla is going to fight back.
And it's obviously starting to happen. And there was a story over at Fox News about a recent incident where out in New Hampshire, actually at a resort and spa in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire. There was a vandal who's now under investigation for what looks like, according to the video, dragging a key across a Tesla Cybertruck. The owner of the damaged Tesla, Kerry,
posted the clip to X saying that, quote, our Tesla Cybertruck was vandalized this weekend in New Hampshire. While staying at our hotel, our vehicle was keyed within an hour of arriving. Speaking to Fox News Digital. She said that she and her husband were told at the time of the incident they would be getting a warrant for the male suspect's arrest. And when questioned by police, the suspect apparently pled... complete ignorance.
Okay. I don't know what happened. No. Okay. Okay. Yeah, they have it on video, they said. So now the incident is under investigation and the county attorney's office is looking into it as well. Now, a spokesperson for the police department and the county attorney's office did not give us an update at this point, but...
understand that this is the start of the fighting back. And when I say fight back, I should be clear because I mean it in a bunch of different ways. I certainly mean it in a literal sense. where you're going to get someone responding violently to these attacks. And I can't say that I blame someone, depending on the circumstance, to respond violently if, say, like a Molotov cocktail is coming or if like what we saw.
in Linwood happens where a man angrily pulls up in front of a Tesla, stops the Tesla in the middle of the road, gets out and confronts. That's going to be scary to certain people. To a lot of people, if not most people. And I wouldn't be surprised if that ended up with the driver maybe running or driving at the person or shooting the person.
Like, I fear that that is going to happen, and I don't want that to happen. But it seems like we're on that path. But the other thing people are certainly already doing, and this I appreciate, they're posting video. They're posting clear video where you can see the person, you can see their face. And most of the time, most of the video that I've seen of these kinds of incidents, the person responsible is not hiding their face.
Why would you not hide your face? Because you don't think you're going to suffer any consequences. Because you feel justified. You feel that society will justify you in going after a Tesla because... Elon Musk is working with the Trump administration. How foolish and simple-minded must one person be to think that this is ever, ever justifiable?
And we're seeing this happen all across the country, all across the country. And to be clear, as we played audio earlier on in the show, Pam Bondi says we're taking this very seriously. You are not going to get away with it here, and we're not going to be offering you a plea deal. If you are breaking federal law by targeting these Teslas, we're coming for you. Now, they're not going to go for the person who keys a car, although maybe they should.
They're going to go harder after the people who are obviously using the Molotov cocktails, torching these vehicles. And I think the folks who end up getting caught and sent to jail. They're, of course, going to cry the moment that they're caught and charged. The second that they're charged, you're going to start seeing the tears flow. But I didn't mean to do this. It's not fair. It is fair.
All the punishment in the world that's coming to these people, oh, I cannot wait. I cannot wait. Because they think that it's okay. And someone needs to get in their face and say, no, it's not. And that someone is Pam Bondi. and local county prosecutors. Someone has to send the message. Because when you don't send that message and you indicate that it is justifiable, you get Antifa-style violence. You get Chop Chaz in Seattle.
You get the riots after the BLM movement started after George Floyd was killed. I mean, that's what happened in Seattle. And I remember Tammy Morales at the time was the Seattle City Councilwoman. who said something along the lines of, don't tell me that the anger isn't justified that we're seeing out on the streets.
And claiming, oh, you know, it seems like we're really concerned about the stores that are being targeted, but not about the dead bodies on the streets, courtesy of police violence. She was making, of course. The police violence nonsense up. There was no data to back up her claims.
But she was justifying the violence. And what happens when you justify violence? Well, it begets more violence and it begets even more violence. And then it begets even more violence to the point where you pull the Seattle Police Department outside of the East Precinct, have them give over the entire community.
to the mob to set up a Capitol Hill autonomous zone where people are murdered, where there was vandalism constantly, where there was attempted arson and attempted rape. That's what ends up happening. And it happened because locally, the government said, okay. They said, yeah, we're going to let it happen. And if locals aren't going to step up, then it is on the administration.
And this administration is not accepting this. Meanwhile, there's a progressive mayor out of Newark, New Jersey named Ross Baraka. He is considered to be one of the top Democratic candidates for governor of New Jersey. But he was just caught on video applauding and embracing Louis Farrakhan, the virulent... anti-Semite and racist Nation of Islam leader. And it all happened when he was calling white people demons.
before calling for violence as retribution. This, according to Fox News. Now, the video is not new. It's just been newly discovered. And whenever you get older video that comes out, the question becomes, well, is it old enough where people will say, well, maybe he's changed. But dare I say, if you're ever...
celebrating this kind of language or praising someone like Louis Farrakhan. It's not like we didn't know back in 2004 when the video came out, when the video was shot. It's not like we didn't know at the time that Louis Farrakhan was a virulent anti-Semite and a bigot.
so he should not get a pass for this. I think what our problems are that we're looking for role models, but we don't have to look any further because one is about to come and speak to you right now. I don't think that there's any man today... present today that has the kind of moral authority.
or spiritual strength, not president, not community leader, not political, international activist. This is Baraka. Nowhere that has the moral authority, the historical and political framework that the Minister Farrakhan has. can stand where he stands and truly say that he is the leader of black people anywhere and everywhere they are on the planet of this earth you know and i hope people can understand that video is even worse than i originally said because
He's praising the guy. And again, if you want to watch the video, they've got it clipped over at foxnews.com. I'm not going to give Louis Farrakhan airtime. As he demonizes white people, this is what he does. Demonize white people, demonize Jews. He's a horrible person. And anyone, anyone who sucks up to him the way that Baraka just did is undeserving of any.
