4. Civics, Travel, and Economics with Charles Wheelan

Charles Wheelan is a senior lecturer and policy fellow at the Rockefeller Center at Dartmouth College, where he has consistently been selected as one of Dartmouth’s ten best professors. He teaches courses on health care, tax policy, education policy, income inequality, and a variety of similar subjects. Prior to teaching at Dartmouth, Wheelan was a senior lecturer in public policy at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago. He was also a journalist for The Economist until 2002.  Mr.Wheelan is also the founder and co-chair of Unite America, an organization dedicated to bridging the partisan divide and electing a more representative and functional government, which he founded after his 2013 book The Centrist Manifesto.
