#680: Modern Wisdom with Chris Williamson

"Hi, I’m Chris Williamson.

I host a podcast called Modern Wisdom, own an events company in the UK and coach people to get more out of life. 

I think a lot about how to live a good life, finding your purpose, maximising human performance, productivity, fitness and psychology. 

That being said – I’m curious about everything so you’ll also find me interviewing pornstars, discussing the likelihood of alien civilisations and discovering what it’s like to be a soldier in the Special Forces. 

This website is a collection of stuff I’ve created and other people’s work which I’ve found fascinating. If you want to check out my writing, you’ll find all of my articles here. 

My passion lies in learning about myself and the world around me. I hope that some of the things I’ve discovered might help you to make sense of life too.
