#563: Stop making excuses

Just what the title says though right? Please action it! Well that is the short intro to this show. The longer one is to ask you to think about how many excuses you make and hear in a single day of your life? Do a quick test for one day please, every time you say something to someone do you make an excuse where actually you do not need to say anything? Why are we doing this though? What are we looking for here? In this short show I try and pack a few ideas on this topic whist giving you reasons to be “cool” with yourself first and creating honesty within, if you get that then I am sure you will make less excuses and tolerate less incoming excuses too.
