Active Shooters at Work: Run, Hide, Fight, and More

Organizations must prepare for low-probability events like having an active shooter because the stakes are so high. In this episode, we draw upon our own military experience, guidance from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and some of Ben’s research to help people and leaders everywhere with regard to this sobering topic.
