Kelly shares her personal journey with menopause, including the impact it has had on her daily work life and outlines the necessary changes that need to take place on a macro level, as well as steps that individual managers and team members can take to foster a more supportive and understanding environment.
The episode also delves into the intersection of menopause, ageism and stigma - especially in industries that often prioritise youth.
