What is buffering and am I doing it? Ask yourself these questions...Do I feel numb? Am I avoiding something I really need to do? Do I have some tangled thoughts, unprocessed emotions or habits that are keeping me from living into all God has for me?  Even good things can be used as buffers when they prevent us from reaching our goals. If we allow it they can keep us "stuck".  Taking our thoughts captive and processing our emotions help us get “unstuck” and develop emotional resilience. Mindset coaching, group coaching and mentoring can help us move out of buffering. Removing buffers can help us breakthrough and move forward in all areas of life.
