Episode description

This meditation technique is called loving kindness or Metta prayer. You can search for it to find other variations if you wish. This focus is on positive energy to express it through positive emotions for yourself, others and the planet. If the background noise is distracting, just listen to learn how to do it first. Later, after writing your own statements or repeat the ones I am sharing, you can do it yourself. 

Establish a routine of 7-10 minutes of your day to practice meditation. This will help you to calm down, go within, clear clutter on your mind. Breathing is the most important part while meditating.
