Episode description

Repeating cycles is one thing we all human beings have in common. Our brain is wired "on survival mode" biologically. The reason it is so difficult to change our behavior pattern. However, if what you have been doing for years is not working for your benefit, it is time for change.

I invite you to read a little bit about how the brain works and behavior patterns overall. The first steps is to identify if you have one or more aspects in your life with repeating cycles. It is very important for your fulfillment, quality of life and happiness to do this. Here is not to feel bad about what has happened as we all learn in this big school that is life. Instead to empower you to see what is aligned with you, be it for jobs, projects, relationships, lifestyle, goals, and so on.

I am talking to you as a friend, we are all on this boat which is life. We all affect each other, be it positively or negatively. Let´s learn from each other and head toward our best selves. Look for part II so you can get the "practice" concrete action if you wish to take action.
