#youwriteiread a new series on my podcast called where you can write to me about YOUR mental and emotional health, if you are happy, sad, depressed, feeling low or you just need someone to share your feelings; a very safe place to listen to you non judgmentally. The reason why I have started this series as I have seen a lot of people who feel scared to share their feelings for the fear of judgement which leads to a very serious mental and emotional trauma because all that we want is to list without any judgement.  Keeping that in mind i have come up with a series where I will read write ups sent to me from you guys on my podcast and you will stay anonymous if you wish to..
