Episode description

In this episode Jenna talks about how asking the wrong question can get you skewed results with your habits.
She talks about how asking "Do I want to?" lends itself to a biased answers.
Instead it's more helpful when your motivation is low to ask:

  • What's a my goal?
  • What would be helpful for me to get there?
  • What edits/variations could I give me habit to better fit today?

It's not all or nothing when it comes to consistency, but if we keep asking the same question, we will keep getting the same answer. Change your question & you will change your answer.
