You’ve heard me before say that it’s important to reflect on where we’ve been to understand where we’re going. The process of reflecting helps us to learn and to build trust in our own intuitive abilities.
I am going to guide you through a reflection—consider this as a mini-training of some sort. As you listen to today’s episode, I suggest you do so without any form of distraction and with a notepad in hand. Be present.
