Episode 1. Jan 3rd 10AM on a walk/run up South Mountain. This is my first attempt at learning to podcast. No script. No retakes. No edits. All Improv. All random thoughts. All learning. The title was organically created after the podcast was over. What was on my heart was prepare, plan and execute the “DO”.
