This is by far my favorite model in terms of hours worked. Working 10 hours for 4 days and leaving Fridays open for rain overflow or any other maintenance needed. A lot of people think this model means that you work less and have fewer hours therefore making less money. That is not the case and my hope is that this pod episode clears those misconceptions so that you know the true benefit of using this 4-10’s model.
