TW: Sexual assault is one of those topics that is still a bit taboo in our society. I realized that I never learned the definition of sexual assault in high school. It was never something that was talked about in detail or taught. I know I'm probably not the only one so let's talk about it. In this episode, I talk about what sexual assault is, what the different types of sexual assault are, what to do if you or someone you know is sexually assaulted, and how we can help others by speaking up when we hear something inappropriate.
