Ep. 28 - Growing up in a loving Christian home can often make someone feel invincible. Almost like the struggles of the world world will never be their own personal struggles. Gretchen Saffles knows what that's like. She remembers hearing about eating disorders and thinking to herself "that's something I will never struggle with." How did she go from thinking those thoughts, to finding herself in that very place only a few short years later?

In this open and honest conversation, Gretchen Saffles from The Well Watered Woman shares her journey of legalism, eating disorders, shame and ultimately finding hope and freedom in the only place possible. Her love for God and His Word transformed her life. She encourages every woman to find hope in God as well.
