Matt McInnes Watson is a performance coach and specialist in track and field, speed, power and plyometrics. He has a master’s degree in athletic development and is currently studying for a Ph.D. in plyometrics. Watson is the owner of Plus Plyos, a coaching business that provides plyometric programs through video format. He is currently teaching in the United Arab Emirates, and he coaches multiple athletes from the U.K. and U.S.
