Episode description

Ah, boundaries. A topic we frequent on the podcast, but what does a boundary look like and how is it different from putting up an emotional wall? Boundaries are in place for you to become expansive and look after your emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. An emotional wall is a reaction to pain.

In order to have boundaries externally with others, you need to have them internally with yourself. Boundaries require vulnerability, emotional walls barricade your feelings. We're dissecting the difference between the two today with key examples and how to start using small boundaries into your everyday life so they don't seem as scary.
