Hello my courageous friends. I hope that you are doing well this week. I really thought long and hard about whether or not to do an episode this week just because it has been so challenging to be in the US right now and see complete dysfunction and thousands of people losing their jobs and just the climate in general has me.

really just observing and speaking up, educating where I can, and at the same time, and at the same time not disregarding my own grief and my own rage to what I've been witnessing. And I thought, no, you need to do the show. You need to do the show because there are days like this where we need to face

whatever is happening and be courageous and one foot in front of the other and my message, my movement is all around living a life that is embodying love and being courageous, being kind, bringing back humanity. And so I think it's more important than ever for us to really get out of our own echo chambers and spend time.

in our communities, getting to know people that are different from us, understanding how they're feeling, how can we support one another. And when I think about a humanity renaissance, to me, that is how can we focus more energy on creating a new paradigm, more energy on spreading love and kindness and creating ecosystems that

aren't as reliant on the systems that are already in place. So while there's a lot of energy spent on challenging the current administration and the policies and that is warranted, I'm not telling you to stop doing that. I am saying now is also a time to put forth energy to be a part of the change that we wish to see, as Gandhi had said. What are the systems, services, volunteer efforts,

Megan Imbert (02:25.474)

What are the ways that we can help our neighbors? What are the ways that we can help the people that are impacted by the current administration?

Megan Imbert (02:37.806)

So the big message from right now, so the big message that I have for everyone is let's take time to get curious, let's take time for solitude, introspection, organizing. How can we be a part of creating the new paradigm, the new reality that we wanna see? If we become in our local communities less reliant on the government and

figure out ways that we can best help each other. Maybe there's cooperatives or funds that are created. How can we share information, help educate one another so that we can create a better ecosystem, especially as I think this is a place where whatever happens over the next four years, we are in a rebuild. So I would love to rebuild our society in one where

So I would love to rebuild our society as an ecosystem that is an organism, it's living, it's breathing, it is built off of community and collaboration and cooperation and helping one another and loving one another.

Megan Imbert (03:56.694)

I want us each inspiring each other to lead. This is the time where we see leaders come through. Art, create art, music, dance. Find your joy daily. While it can be so overwhelming, please take those times. While it can often be so overwhelming, I have sacred time throughout each of my days where I breathe, breath work.

Yoga in the morning or stretching throughout the day having some silence allowing myself to meditate Really when I take my when I take my dog sky for a walk just feeling the ground beneath my feet Silence don't take your phone shut it off if you need a break. Just took a week to do I just took a week-long meditation retreat working on inner child healing along with

some modalities that when I think about how do I become the best human being I can and being made for this exact time in human history, it was without a doubt something that was so imperative for me to do, especially in February as the year just began, this presidency just began. How can I be the best leader that I can be? How can I lead my life and not be at war with parts of myself?

So I just got back from a week long, you know, no cell reception journey of deep, deep work and grieving and grieving for women and also for men. Grieving for men that.

They grieving for men.

Megan Imbert (05:49.166)

I was grieving for the collective female experience on this planet and also shedding what stories, what patterns, what is no longer mine to carry while also thinking about as a woman, how can I help guide men to their own healing? Because the wars that we see, the disruption that we see, the massive egos, it is all these men that are at war with themselves, egos that are out of control.

So I've been taking it upon myself, how can I be the best leader that can help guide men in a softer way versus a combative, competitive way?

Megan Imbert (06:46.71)

I believe that this is a time to embody, not perform, allow your true colors to shine. We need to take off the masks, talk about what's really bothering you. What is your experience right now? Share it. The more we share, the more someone else has the courage to use their voice and share as well. And it also allows opportunity for people to help you.

And as I've been on this journey of reclaiming my own power, feeling fully alive, as I do this, I'm creating and I'm attracting. And I also realize how often I've played small or, and I also realize how often I've played small or people pleased at my own expense, where I soften my voice, I shrunk my desires or sought approval and permission.

instead of owning my own truth. I think right now it's time for grassroot movements, bringing groups of people together, talking, sharing the experiences, sharing your fear, sharing your concerns.

Megan Imbert (08:05.57)

I think it's time that we prioritize connection, creativity, sustainability over relentless consumption. There's a lot of economic buyouts happening right now, especially towards the companies that pulled back their diversity, equity, and inclusion policies. I think it's time we all look at where are we spending our dollars. Every dollar we spend is a vote for something, whether we agree with it or not. That dollar is going to

pay attention to where your dollars are going. And I believe embodiment is about aligning our inner truths with how we want to show up in the world. Are your actions aligning with your intentions?

Are your actions aligning to your intentions?

Megan Imbert (09:00.672)

Embodiment invites us to drop the masks, reconnect with our inner worlds, and reclaim our souls. And I will share part of my experience.

Megan Imbert (09:17.902)

Part of my experience for those that have been listening to the show since it began, I write. I write poetry and it's a way of me coping and really thinking about what is really thinking about my own power, my own influence, the circle that I have command and control, the circle that I have influence.

reminding myself that I am made exactly for this time. This is called the fire. The fire, it is sensual, dangerous, powerful and healing. I move with purpose, unapologetic, clear and fierce in my knowing. The fire is my passion, my purest truth, not ever to be tamed but meant to trust. The fire sharpens my intuition.

Fuel is my ambition and makes my presence even when silent felt. I speak with conviction. My words cut through noise like a blade, sharp and precise. There is no hiding, shrinking or second guessing. My words are divine and can alter lives and must be heard. When I speak, I own the room, not demanding or commanding, but in my embodiment of love and truth, authentic and vibrant, brilliant and radiant.

I dress in whatever the fuck I want. What feels good that moment, but is the sway of my hips, the arch of my back that is elegant, edgy, not fitting in one expectation or definition. Everything I wear or own is an extension of me. My energy, effortlessly strong, sexy, magnetic and soft. I make decisions with clarity and instinct. I do not wait for permission. I am the permission slip.

I move when I know it is time. I own my fire because I am the fire. The ashes, the stardust, a miracle that was made for this time, fierce, leaving a heat of intensity that lingers in my legacy long after I'm gone.
