Longtime TRLS friends Foti Panagakos (Upholder) and Tracy Slayton (Obliger) join Serena Marie, RD, (Rebel) and host Kari (Questioner) to share how their Tendencies impact their running schedules, interactions with romantic partners, vacation plans, and careers. This episode is a continuation of Episode 120 and coincides with Gretchen Rubin’s latest book, The Four Tendencies: The Indispensable Personality Profiles That Reveal How to Make Your Life Better (and Other People's Lives Better, Too), which is a follow-up to Better Than Before: What I Learned About Making and Breaking Habits—to Sleep More, Quit Sugar, Procrastinate Less, and Generally Build a Happier Life. Serena and Kari discuss how knowing themselves and understanding others impacted their Thanksgivings. The ladies also discuss yummy snacks to have on hand during the holidays.
