Last Days Confusion and Controversy

A good portion of the Book of Revelation seems to point to the events surrounding the fall of Jerusalem in 70AD. Still, other events seem to point to a future point in time. If most of the end time prophecies are already fulfilled, are we close to the end of God's timeline or are there still hundreds of more years of history yet to come?
