Learning How to Delegate as a New Nurse

In this episode, Lacey shares a personal experience that led her down the path of better understanding delegation to do it more effectively. Delegation is not something new nurses are taught and is oftentimes one of the biggest challenges she sees for her mentees so she wanted to dive deeper into the subject.
